MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT OF ALL. Lime Tree is located on 6th and Irving in the Inner Sunset District. Totally worth it. It is the cheaper version of Straits (owner used to work for Straits) and it is still very very yummy. The owner is very friendly!
Definitely try everything! But if you have a budget:
Beef Rendang - pretty much what i order ALL the time. i bow down to you, Chef Ming. This is the best tasting beef dish you'll ever have, topped with crunchy garlic crisps which makes it altogether delicious dish in Lime Tree (in my opinion). The beef is always cooked right!
Tofu and Shrimp curry noodles - Soo deliciousssssssssss. these are noodles cooked in Lime Tree's delicious curry sauce and tofu and shrimp. am i just retelling what the name of the dish is called? yes. because i have no other words for it.
